PARENTS NEEDED!
We would very much like parents/carers to come and read to their child's class, it sets a very good example for the children, so if you are able to come in and read an excerpt of your favourite book to the children, please let your child's teacher know.
DRESSING UP COMPETITION
Also during this week, we will hold a competition where children can dress up as their favourite book character on the Friday (15th) of Book Week. This has had a good response in previos years and there will be prizes for the winners, so please help your child with their costume. Thank you.
DEAR MOMENTS
Throught the week, at different times, the whole school will Drop Everything And Read, for between 5-10 minutes.
