Mr Roberts is due back from his month-long research trip to Australia on 21st May and, travel arregements permitting, he should be back in school on Wednesday 22nd May. We are looking foward to his return and to hearing the results of his research. The news of Mr Clooke's progress in Australia continues to be good.

A massive Thank You to all the parent volunteers who have helped clear and turn over the school garden.
This will enable the elder children of the school to re-paint these areas as part of our playground improvemet.
MUFTI DAY
A small group of parents are working very hard to try and organise a Summer Fair at school. To help them raise funds, we are having a Mufti Day on Friday 31st May (last day of this half term). The "fine" for not coming to school in uniform is 50p per child. How about dressing up in red, white and blue clothes in celebration of the Queen's Golden Jubilee?
DON'T FORGET
The last day of term is Friday 31st May 2002. We will be on hoilday throughout the whole of the Jubilee Week, and will return to school on Monday 10th June 2002.
