NEXT YEAR'S CLASSES
Dear Parents: The list below sets out the classes from next September. In working out the classes, I have taken into account two main factors; contiuinty for pupils and professional development for the staff. Mrs Huxtable has agreed to move to Year 4; this will ensure that there will be no change of teacher within the year. Mrs Matthews will move with her current class to year 5 and Mr Clooke will take the class back on his return in January 2003.

BRICKFIELDS
Well done to all those children who took part in the Minor Schools Championships last week. Particular congratulations go to the children who won their individual events:
Boy's High Jump
Girl's 400m
Boy's 80m
Very well done to the others, some of whom also reached their final

SCHOOL GARDENS
Staff and pupils would like to say a huge, Thank you to the parents who gave up their time to come in to school and work so hard in the gardens. Big thank you to Mr Wallace, Govenors, Partners, Year 5 and Year 6 children. The gardens are now looking fabulous.
THANK YOU ALL!

SPORTS DAY
I would llike to thank all parents, grandparents and friends of the school who supported us on Thursday.

CAR PARKING
Unfortunately, some parents are continuing to use the school car park despite previous request not to. Can I remind everyone that, for safety reasons, the car park is only for use by staff and visitors on school business. The only exception to this is in the case of parents who have a disabled parking permit. If parents continue to ignore this request, we will have no option but to record the registration numbers of offending vehicles and pass them on to the police to deal with. This procedure is for the safety of all pupils.
