A reminder for Year 6 parents: the outdoor education at Mountbatten is taking place from 7th-11th July. Please ensure full payment is received by Monday 30th June.
The Life Education Caravan will be in school next Monday and Tuesday.
All parents are welcome to visit the caravan on Tuesday from 3.00-3.30.
Our annual trip to Saltram House is taking place on Friday 18th July.
The children will need a packed lunch (one will be provided if your child who are entitled to free school meals) a drink (plastic bottles only please), a hat and sunscreen (to be applied before school). We will be leaving school at 9.15 and will be back by 3.30. Any parents wishing to help walk the children to Saltram will be welcome and should see their child?s class teacher before the day. Should it be raining, the picnic will be held in school.
Children from our school have been busy on the sporting front: Y5 & 6 children represented us valiantly at Tag Rugby and Kwik Cricket competitions, and all our representatives tried hard and produced a find showing at the Plymouth schools athletics championships! Keep it up and well done. Thank you to all the parents who have helped with transport.
Mr Clooke and his Year 5 pupils had a fabulous time last week during their residential stay at Heatree House, where they took part in various adventure activities on Dartmoor.
Here are the reactions from some of the children who participated:
