RNLI day
On the 28th June, year 4 organised a S.O.S day to raise money for the RNLI.
Everyone was allowed to wear their trainers and mufti to school. In return a donation they received a pair of S.O.S trainer laces. Some people put them their trainers, others put them in their hair made wrist and headbands and some people used them as belts. They were also given S.O.S stickers.
Throughout the day we all did different activities like hunt the logo, colouring and making things. At playtime we sold drinks and sweets. The sweets were donated by Mrs Sue Grubb from Embankment Stores and Kemps Marketing. Thank you very much.
Year 4 are proud to announce that Prince Rock Primary raised a grand total of £216.80!!
We would like to say a big thank you to every including parents and Mrs Sue Grubb for making this possible. Thank you. - Year 4

Goodbye!!
Last but not least it is time to say goodbye. Miss Cumbes is leaving us after 4 ½ years. She has worked in a number of classes throughout the school and cared for many more children in her role as joint manager of our breakfast/ after school club. Miss Cumbes is moving back to Manchester at the end of term and we wish her well.
And then there is Mr. Clooke...................Mr Clooke started here as a newly qualified teacher back in January 1996. In the last 9 years he has taught hundreds of children and inspired many, many children through his extra curricular sporting clubs. Mr. Clooke has gained a promotion and he is off to teach at Old Priory in Plympton. Our loss is their gain. Mr. Clooke will be sorely missed by everyone at Prince Rock. Thank you for everything. Goodbye and good luck.
....................................................................................................................The staff and pupils would like to say goodbye and good luck to everyone who is leaving us in July. Have a great summer and we will see you on Wednesday 7th September
